Broken Nose.! what to do?

I don't know anything about surgery etc. to fix it, but honestly I don't see what's wrong with it. From that photo at least your nose looks fine, and you're quite good looking so I'm not sure why you would have any confidence issues. My nose is broken and out of whack too, but if you just ignore it you'll get more confident, and you'll be fine.
