I'm stuck with a Mum or Dad situation?

coming from someone who cant stand her dad for doing something similar i have to say im shocked that man doesn't love you unless it benefits him in some way in this case he is trying to make him self look better them mom and you are falling for it,he abandoned you guys and there is not a reason could enough to justify him bailing out on his kids,you got things screwed up and should be thankful your mom didn't abandon you to for if she had you cu lsd be in foster care,wake up and stop falling for the loser who left you.
