Do you have inconsiderate neighbors?

Sounds like it's time to move. Living in a house is the only way to go. I do have an inconsiderate neighbour though, he's got this nasty small pond in his backyard that is disgusting. And instead of just destroying it or making it nice again he has let it go. It's completely green and brown with trash all in it and lots of mosquito's living and breeding in it. So about every month I pour chlorine in it to kill all the mosquito's, he doesn't know i do this i sneak over at night, but it definitely kills them so it's great for me. Neighbours sure suck don't they.
