How do you tell a guy that he is, ahem, way too small?

Um, if you like this person and wish to continue a relationship with them, I wouldn't. However, if you feel you really must because either of you might benefit from saying so... then I suppose you might tell them the say way a guy might tell a girl that she is, ahem, way too big.
