How to obtain dense muscle?

build lower body power with squats, aim to move the heaviest weight you feel is safe, as fast as possible to maximise power devlopment, doing it slowly only increases strength. dont aim to improve your upper body much, just enough to keep it in balance with your lower body. as for the density thing that will come with a low body fat %
