ANy suggestions for a corn and gluten free cat food?

My cat was having very loose stools , I found when I gave him chicken and rice, all was better....went back to regular fancy feast, it started again. Did some research and decided to first eliminate corn, then glutens from his diet. Ended up with Wellness pouches (he likes chunky food, not pate). He is MUCH better, but really takes a bit of coaxing (and fresh cooked chicken thighs) to get him to eat it. (I swear he'd give his right arm for a can of fancy feast...or kitty crack as we call it) . I am trying to find a food he'd like (he likes slices, chunky, not pate varieties)...Anyone know, aside from wheat gluten, corn sources, what other ingredients to avoid, things that might be corn or wheat derivitives, that are not obvious by name? ANy help would be appreciated
